Regular Kesar Mangoes from Talala Gir are aromatic, smooth, and perfectly sweet, featuring the signature saffron-colored pulp that Kesar mangoes are famous for. Smaller in size compared to Jumbo Kesar, each mango is carefully grown and hand-selected to ensure a rich, flavorful experience in every bite.
Our mangoes may arrive slightly firm, ranging from green to yellowish, to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. To ripen them naturally:
Keep mangoes at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.
Place them in a paper bag to speed up ripening.
Check daily—ripe mangoes will feel slightly soft, turn a deep yellow, and release a sweet, fragrant aroma near the stem.
Handle gently; avoid squeezing, as this can damage the fruit.
Once ripe, store mangoes in the refrigerator to maintain freshness for up to 2–3 days. For cut mangoes, use an airtight container and consume within 1–2 days.
