At House of Mango, we take great care in sourcing and handling our mangoes to ensure premium quality. As mangoes are perishable products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns once the purchase is completed.

No Returns Policy

Due to the nature of fresh produce, mangoes cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase or delivery.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only provided under the following conditions:

  • Full Refund: A full refund will be issued only if all mangoes in the box are spoiled or inedible.

  • Partial Refund: A partial refund may be issued if a significant portion of the mangoes (approximately 50% of the box) are spoiled or inedible.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Minor imperfections in mango appearance, color, or texture

  • Natural variations in ripeness or taste

  • Damage to outer packaging or box

  • Personal preference or change of mind

  • Improper storage or handling after delivery

Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a refund request:

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order

  • Clear photos or videos of the mangoes must be provided as proof

Final Decision

All refund requests are subject to review. House of Mango reserves the right to make the final decision based on the evidence provided.
